This year I’ll be running the SPS Sthlm as part of organization team, together with my friends & SharePoint nerd friends Jens Weil & David Opdendries, as announced before in my blog. Now it summer and I’ll go on vacation in July so I thought I should write a short status update here since I got a lot of questions from all over about this conference, so I hope you will find all the information you need in this post.

Speakers

At this moment, the speaker selection is not final, we are working on this and I guess we will have a final list of speaker not later than last of August. There was really a lot of sessions applied, and we could not accept them all (I really wish we could). We have tried to create a optimal mix of topics and speakers we believe will match the expectations from the attendees this year, this will be a broad mix with really good quality over all. We have publish the list of speakers that we have accepted so far here: List of speakers

Attendees

It’s sold out (and that went fast).. But please hurry up and sign up in the waiting list, there will most likely be some slots free later on.

Volunteers

We have a couple of volunteers already, but we need two or three more dedicated people that would like to contribute to the SharePoint community and our local scene in Stockholm. Please contact me at LinkedIn if you are interested to know more about how to apply and what it means.

Where to find more information

In the coming months we will progressively communicate as we plan for this event. Please follow our twitter handle @SPSSthlm visit the SPS event site for Stockholm and read more in our blog site.
